Automated Lead Follow Up System

Now it's time for us to discuss the Automated Follow Up System of your real estate investor website.

Eliminate manual labor of dealing with e-mails.

Please, please, please... if you're going to collect e-mail addresses on your site, don't make them to come to your e-mail box where you (or your employees) have to process these sign ups manually, and send the information to all those prospects from your PC.

Just by being in front of them periodically, you already won the "timing the prospect" game, i.e., you'll be there in 3 months, 6 months, 12 months,.... reminding the prospects of your services via your e-mail messages.

Whether these are Buyers or Sellers who weren't yet ready to buy or sell a home -- when they’re finally ready, they'll think of you first just because your e-mails keep popping in front of them.

The beauty of this for you is - you simply sit down and prepare your follow up e-mail messages all at one time in advance. Then you create a schedule of delivery and plug the messages and the time-table into the system.

Say, you're targeting a home seller.

Perhaps, you'll send out 3 initial reminder messages spread 15 days apart from each other.

This covers first 30 days after the day (s)he visits your website. Then you might just schedule 1 follow up reminder every month.

Not too often so they don't feel you're too pushy. Not too rare, so you can catch that person when (s)he changes her/his mind about waiting for a perfect buyer.

   - How are things going with the sale of your home?

   - Has your realtor been showing the home a lot?

    - Have you received any offers?

    Well, we're still in the market to buy homes. We still have capacity for just one more house this month. If you get tired of waiting for that perfect buyer, visit out website again and see if you think you can benefit from our program.
